Privacy notice

Who we are

Frīggs is an early-stage product built by Nicholas Johnson. For anything in this notice, write to privacy@frīggs.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, the country your request came from, and the time. We also store the result of an automated deliverability check on that address.

If you complete the qualification survey, we additionally store your name, LinkedIn profile URL, phone number if you give us one, your written answer about how you use AI, which context you'd use Frīggs in, and whether you agreed to be contacted.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

Why we collect it

To decide who to invite into a small private beta, and to contact you about it. That's the whole purpose. Where the law requires a lawful basis, ours is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees it

Three processors, and no one else:

• Cloudflare — hosting and the database the answers sit in.
• Resend — sends the survey and reminder emails.
• ZeroBounce — checks whether an email address is deliverable.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after your last interaction with us — whichever comes first. Addresses that fail the deliverability check are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email privacy@frīggs.com and we'll act within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU and you think we've handled this badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we'll email anyone on the list rather than quietly editing the page.
